Privacy Statement

On payment for a software licence, DarkTurtles ('We', 'Us') receives your personal information from Paymate in an email, which is stored for our records. This information includes your name, address, phone number and email address. We do not have any access to your credit card details at any time. We store the IP address of hosts downloading or using StockWhip for population size metrics only.

We store some non personal information from you in the form of a Machine ID which is a cryptographic digest of some unique details of your system hardware. A cryptographic digest is not reversible, so We do not store details of your hardware.

Use of the trial version of the software does not give Us any of your personal or non personal information aside from your IP address as above.

We will not share any of your personal or non personal information with any other third parties.

We may contact licencees via email on your specified email address from time to time with important product related information, or offers related to DarkTurtles. We will not use email addresses of trial software users that send us feedback except to reply to such feedback.

Any personal or non personal information about you stored by Us is stored as securely as is reasonable. During purchase, any information is transferred over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) link with 128bit encryption or as supported by your browser. Personal information is typically stored offline, or in a private online database.

Customers of the full version will be notified via email when any changes are made to this privacy statement.
